"Pros: There were multiple steps to get into the condo. First, you had to put in a code to open the garage door, then you had to find the parking space, then you had to get the condo keys from a lock box at front of parking spot, then you had to find elevator and insert key to progress to right floor, then you had to unlock front door of condo. Cons: The parking space assigned to our unit was VERY HARD to park in. It was a small space at the end of the garage with very little space to manuever the car to get into and out of the space. If a person was large, they would have a hard time getting out of their car inside the space." ~Jennifer
