"Pros: Beautiful view of Lac St. Jean, The staff was lovely trying to satisfy our needs and the waitress at the hotel restaurant was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Even with her broken English.
The room was very nice and clean. Cleverly designed.
Cons: We were there during early fall and the hotel seemed to not have many guests.
We had to wait a while checking in because of the language barrier but eventually were well taken care of.
The outdoor beach area wasn’t tidy and was messy. The outdoor furniture wasn’t arranged, there was trash, and definitely not orderly.
The indoor pool area and gym were open but not tidy or welcoming. There was no lights on and no staff there."
