"Pros: I especially like the complimentary airport pick up. I was met at the airport by the driver who was easy to spot and had the sign of the hotel in hand. He took me to the hotel. I felt safe. Cons: The refrigerator in room had a leak that needed to be cleaned up when I arrived as there was a lot of water on the floor. The staff prompt cleaned up the mess but it was late and I wish I did not need to wait for this clean to be able to get some rest. They could have spotted this issue before housing a guest in that room" ~Boghuma
