"Pros: The hostel is very huge, with very nice facilities and plenty of social activities, easy to make friends and interact, but not in a party way. You have everything you need inside the hostel, you can get your tours, food, souvenirs. It was nice to navigate Siem reap with a short stay within this place. Cons: I had a slightly uncomfortable situation during my stay. Someone in my shared room apparently didn’t pay for a drink, and I was mistakenly identified. Just as I was leaving for a group tour, a staff member stopped me to review security footage, suggesting I might be responsible. This delayed my group and made me feel quite uncomfortable. I explained it wasn’t me—the person in the video had shorter hair and didn’t resemble me. Even during checkout, I was asked about it again. While they didn’t charge me in the end, I felt observed and unfairly judged for something I didn’t do. I think the staff could have approached the situation with more care—for example, by first checking if I was even at the hostel at the time, before bringing it up. That said, this incident didn’t ruin my stay. The hostel itself is a great place—clean, social, and well located. I would still recommend it overall." ~Barbara

"Pros: Friendly 2 season apartment was a nice experience! I booked a pick up service from the airport to the hotel. Due to some complications with my flight I arrived later than expected. There was someone waiting for me with a name sign. Unfortunately he had to wait for me… but he still welcomed me with a smile!! The apartment complex was across the street from the hotel. Friendly staff help me carry my luggage. The apartment was spacious, very clean and bright! The kitchen had everything needed, there was a shower and bath in the bathroom, a separate bedroom with a king size bed, a walk-in wardrobe and a balcony! The location was excellent! Right in the city center, close to Night Market street and Pub street , surrounded by restaurants, pubs and shops! I definitely recommend it! Cons: City center means noise… but nothing good earplugs can handle!" ~Clarisse
