Without even asking, our room was upgraded to a more spacious one, which made our stay even more comfortable. All the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, but a special mention goes to Mr. Sambo, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. He constantly checked on us to make sure we were comfortable and even arranged a kid-friendly breakfast for our son, which truly touched us.
