"Pros: 1) The room was very clean. 2) The owner was nice and tried but could meet the expectations as promised in the listing (such as breakfast!). Cons: 1) 2) This location FAILED to PROVIDE breakfast despite the fact that it was included in the booking >>> very disappointing indeed. 2) Misrepresentation in listing of this property regarding the facilities available: >>> Microwave / Hot plate / Kitchen facilities were not available in the room as appeared in the listing but were there in a "shared location". So was cloth washer, dryer and a host of other things. They all should have been listed as "shared" facilities. >>> Microwave was very dirty, so were kitchen utensils etc. It appeared that they were not used frequently and were very dusty etc. >>> The property was basically managed remotely as no support staff was available on the premises. I had to contact the owner on WhatsApp to request for fresh towels, water bottles, room cleaning etc. In all fairness, the owner was responsive and tried to address such requests but with some delay." ~Deepak
