Extremely clean rooms, extremely clean mattresses that looked new, soft and comfortable, quiet at night, perfectly functional air conditioning, perfectly functional refrigerator, excellent free breakfast in the morning, friendly staff, guests allowed, and an excellent location in Phnom Penh within walking distance of most things you would want to see.
