"Pros: The first thing that hits you upon entry is the magnificent lemongrass scent. It’s so inviting and calming. The staff were wonderful, very accommodating, very respectful of everyone who walked through their doors. They always greeted you upon entry and departure. Cons: It would have to be the WiFi, it’s really wasn’t that great. Not as high speed as needed. Also no 5G could have contributed to why the connection was slow at times. Also my biggest complain would be the shakes made at Chantrea restaurant, especially the avocado shake, the first night it was made wonderful but the minute we got another staff member to make it, it was awful. One coworker even tried to tell me that I must have tried the great tasting one at a restaurant outside the hotel, haha. I guess he was confirming that great milkshakes can’t be made at the hotel then." ~J
