"Pros: The hotel is gorgeous, very tranquil and stylish. We loved all the seating options and the bar and restaurant areas too. The breakfast was fantastic and everywhere is extremely clean.
The staff are amazing, really attentive and kind. The lady on reception is helpful and goes out of her way to ensure you have whatever you need.
Our room was nice, the doors to the patio were hard to open and staff had to help us do this the first time. Our bed was comfy and when the safe didn’t lock they replaced this for us. We appreciated the laundry service which brought our clothes back washed dried and ironed the same day.
I liked how eco concious they are with refillable toiletries and a refilled glass carafe of water each day instead of using plastic.
The pool area is lovely, very clean and relaxing. It felt like an oasis of calm.
The location is a little out of the main town, easily accessed by tuktuk.
