Cons: When we arrived later, we were greeted by a man who didn't speak English. In the two rooms we had booked, the TVs were not working properly in either of them – one had no sound, and in the other, the TV didn’t work at all because the HDMI cable was unplugged. The sound issue was only resolved by completely restarting the TV – that is, unplugging the power cable and plugging it back in. The sink is very poorly designed – to wash your face, you have to put your head under a shelf..."
