"Pros: A nice room in an old style hotel. Great location near the park and river. Genuine on site parking which is quite rare for Bulgaria. Very helpful staff who spoke English. The on site restaurant was excellent although you have to pay there and cannot charge to the room, not a problem though. Breakfast was OK and the waiter made up our coffee flasks for our onward journey which made up for no kettle in the room. Cons: The fridge didn't work very well, no ice. The air conditioning was only adequate. No kettle. Sadly the pool was closed, it was hot and it would have been nice." ~Paul
