"Pros: the hotel is very clean, and the front desk staff are very friendly and always willing to help. Additionally, you have access to the beach and sun loungers with a card provided by the reception, which is convenient. Breakfast is decent, nothing extraordinary, but enough to start your day. Cons: Although we were provided with bathrobes in the room, we didn’t receive slippers, which is a standard for a 4-star hotel. The rooms are quite small, which can be an inconvenience for those traveling with more luggage. In the evening, when we wanted to dine at the hotel’s restaurant, we were asked if we had a reservation, even though we were hotel guests, which didn’t seem right. We were forced to pay on the spot, without being allowed to charge the bill to the room, and on top of that, we were overcharged. Luckily, my husband noticed, and we were able to correct the issue. Although the hotel offers parking, it is at an additional cost. If you want free parking, you have to park across the street from the hotel, at a bit of a distance. Access to the more exclusive area of the beach is only allowed for guests who pay extra, which is frustrating. The breakfast staff are not well trained – they rush to clear your table even if you still have food, and they are not attentive to important details. The most upsetting aspect was the attitude of the restaurant staff. Every time my wife tried to say something, the waiter avoided eye contact with her and only addressed to me, which gave the impression of a misogynistic attitude.
