"Pros: Very well positioned, close to the beach. Close to some beach restaurants. Exactly what you need for a week at the seaside. You can have a 15 min walk until the old part of the Sunny Beach. The hosts are very polite and responsive." ~Toma

"Pros: It was a really nice place to stay. The beach was very close, there were some restaurant which were a few streets away. Maybe the central street is a bit too far away, but you know it from the start. The TV in the room was smart (you could watch youtube or stream something from the phone/laptop). The apartment was clean and and with new furniture. The WiFi is solely for the apartment, so there was no problem with the signal. Everything worked just fine except the kitchen hood. The positives are much more and I'm sure the flaws are not so hard to fix or maybe are only in the apartment we slept. Cons: There was a missing curtain in the bedroom. The door of the bathroom couldn't be closed or locked, because the water had damaged it. The lady that met us was really sweet and she tried to help with directions for the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and so on. The only problem was that she spoke only Russian. The kitchen hood was without a tube and didn't function. There is no AC in the bedroom, but there are pipes and cables that come out of the wall 1m above your head where you sleep. My wife refused to sleep under it." ~Станс
