We had work in the surrounding area and it was very convenient that we could easily get out and back without having to wait in city traffic. at the same time, it is very close to a public transport stop and the city's attractions are easily accessible even without a car. there are many shops and a medical center nearby. - reasonable price (with a discount if the third person is a child and not an adult) - suitable for children - a pleasant complex with large lawns and a playground. We couldn't use the pool, but it was also a good option. - well equipped apartment. Clean both in it and in the whole complex - very kind hosts. Perfectly organized remote communication. - possibility of parking right next to the entrance - the security guy who was on duty when we arrived was very kind, he even walked over to show us personally where the available parking spots were. Cons: Every time we drove back and the security staff had changed, we had to explain again where we were going, although we were asked twice how long we would stay at the complex. Not all of them were so cooperative at first but all went well and we even didn’t understand what the issue was." ~Milena

"Pros: The apartment was very well equipped, has all amenities needed. Very clean, the host was very responsive. There is a Shoping Center 5 min walk. Close to public transport. The apartment is located in closed complex, which is very quiet and everything is well maintained. I definitely recommend it. Cons: No such thing." ~Antonia

"Pros: Easy self check-in process. The photos represented the property almost perfectly and we got exactly what we expected. It's great for a large company. Cons: Messages from host seemed to be automatically generated and they didn't respond to my messages. We had an issue with an outdoor chair breaking because of rust near the legs which almost led to a bad injury and tried to contact the host but they didn't respond. Another disadvantage is that the yard is shared with another building with three more apartments and got a bit crowded and noisy. Double beds are small I would describe them as doubter beds." ~Panayot
