"Pros: I normally do not write reviews but wanted to take the time to do so here. We rented two units from Hristo and our stay exceeded our expectations. Our suites were very modern including decor, appliances, bathroom/shower, dishware, etc. Everything worked well such as WiFi (fast & reliable), TVs, heating system (in December), washer/dryer, hair dryer (super fast), iron, espresso machine, etc. There was nothing to complain about and everything made this place a nice home away from home. Quiet neighborhood situated right next to grocery store Lidl and also safe being situated next to both a police station and hospital. Still quite a bit of security getting into our building and also the doors and windows were well secured so felt very safe. Our host Hristo allowed us to check in earlier and also check out later given our flight schedule and due to the units being available and also because he was available, even offered rides from/to the airport at very reasonable rates. He kept checking in with us throughout our stay and provided numerous helpful hints to maximize our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very spacious and well-functioning on all levels. The kitchen was fully equipped for any kind of cooking needs and again the appliances lacked nothing. Basic kitchen and bathroom supplies were laid out well and the entire suite was so clean. Finally, the rates were very reasonable and much better than staying in a compact hotel room.
