"Pros: very nice location. few minutes by bus to the city center, a very nice walk by the park to the beach, amazing ukrainian restaurant Stefania next door, budget supermarkets by the road, and very good expensive one in 5 minutes walk. the place, we did not want to leave. Cons: the water from the shower was collecting. I am not very picky about this, but I need to mention it. If you like to shower long, you will have a big puddle the size of your bathroom. I believe, it is fixable, and it is not there anymore." ~Halynay
