"Pros: These apartments became a true oasis of comfort and care for me. I arrived late in the evening, tired from the journey, and all the shops were already closed. But the apartment had everything I could possibly need — from essential toiletries to helpful little things that made me feel at ease right away. Everything was so thoughtful and warm, it honestly felt like I wasn’t just renting a place — I was visiting close friends. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and full of character. The hosts are incredibly kind, attentive, and always available if needed. The check-in instructions were clear and detailed, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. After we left the apartment, the host contacted me and accused us of damaging the wardrobe door in the bedroom, claiming there was a large hole in it. However, this damage was already there when we arrived — my daughter noticed it on the first day and pointed it out to me. I didn’t even use that bedroom during our stay, I slept in the living room. I explained this politely, but the host continued to insist we were responsible, which I found very upsetting and unfair. I also gave the host a new kettle as a gift, since the old one in the apartment didn’t work, and I feel extremely disappointed to be treated this way after being a respectful and careful guest. This experience has left a very unpleasant impression, and I believe it’s important for future guests to be aware of how such situations are handled.
