"Pros: My mum and I had a lovely time staying here in Varna city. The owner of the property is incredibly helpful and attentive from start to finish. Anytime we had a question, she was quick to respond and ready to assist us. The place was lovely with SO comfortable bed and couch. The flat was very clean and there was everything you really needed - a huge amount of extra towels and linen were provided, fully equipped kitchen. The apartment was the perfect location - very walkable along the main road, and small alleys to the city center, nearby the huge and beautiful Sea garden and beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend it!
Cons: Nothing" ~Simona
"Pros: The apartment is renovated very nicely. It has nice touches and a few amneties (coffee, pots/pans to be used for breakfast, oil etc.). 2 AC units which cool the place down. It's on the 3rd floor no elevator, so it's a bit of a climb each time. And the location is perfect, practically in city center, close to the beach, to the park, to everything. Liked the fact that there are 2 beds (1 bed, and 1 extensible sofa). Host left plenty of towels and toilet paper rolls, which we appreciated. Although no private parking, we managed to find parking each time with a maximum of 20 mins search. We were in June, so maybe in full season it might be more difficult.
Cons: The apartment was NOT cleaned. I don't know why we had to wait the check-in at 3pm if cleaning was done so superficially. There was dust and dust bunnies and lint everywhere. We spent the first 45 mins of our stay to pass a broom and mop, as we have a small kid which walks everywhere on all 4. Our socks were instantly full of dirt (had to change them), and we managed to collect an impressive amount of dust and dust bunnies in the scoop. We were thankful though that the cleaning products and broomstick/mop were accessible to us.
Dust was present on the socket outlets, on the fridge and on other areas as well.
The bed and sheets smelled strongly like a dude walked/ran through sunny Varna all day from morning till midnight, then crashed in the bed without taking a shower. I strongly suspect the bedsheets were not changed before our stay. Or it could be that the mattress is impregnated with perspiration from a previous customer. Either way, I was disgusted to sleep in the bed /or have my kid face that smell. The whole room has a slight smell due to it.
I strongly recommend:
* buying a vertical vacuum cleaner instead of broomstick, and using it everywhere between each 2 stays even if they're just 1 night. (like a xiaomi one for example)
* changing sheets between each 2 stays, and change the mattress if the smell got into it, then invest in an impermeable cover for the mattress(and one for the sofa), so the smells, odours, poo, pee, perspiration, coca cola or other risks don't get into it anymore.
It's such a shame since the apartment is so nice otherwise and such good value and location. I would've gave it a 2/10 for cleaningnes, but booking only gave me 4 smiley options." ~Razvan
"Pros: The flat is located on a perfect location, everything in a walking distance, 24/7 fitness, secure entrance, great neighbors in the building (had the chance to meet some) and the underground parking is a wonderful solution for the parking. The hosts are really friendly, everything happens smooth and without any bother. The flat is well maintained and clean, absolutely meeting my expectations. It has all the needed appliances, and a big table which I used as a desk for work. Really perfect!
Cons: The only point that I am concerned is my invoice. I know I need to wait 5 business days for it (not expired yet), so I am still expecting it." ~Dragomir
"Pros: We really liked the location of the apartment. It was great that it was with self check in.
The parking lot in the garage and the possibility to take your pet with you were perfect!
The host was reaponsive.
Cons: I would have appreciated if the prices for the pet and the parking lot were mentioned in the description, so you could decide if you want to book. Each if them was 20 leva per day." ~Siyana
