"Pros: The instructions for the self-check-in were clear and very detailed. Our host who I was in touch with was welcoming and offered help. A modern apartment that was clean, and the mattresses and the sofa were comfy. The location is extraordinary, a couple of minutes walk from the beginning of the Vitosha Boulevard. Cons: Although we managed to dry it fast by opening the windows, the floor was significantly wet when we arrived, and we arrived late in the afternoon. There is an unpleasant smell in the toilet which you probably can't get rid of, but luckily the bathroom also has a toilet and it doesn't smell unpleasantly. One of two shower doors was completely missing so the bathroom floor would always get a bit wet, but not a big deal (I would just appreciate it if we were informed about that). Having mosquito nets on the windows would really be nice because we couldn't keep windows even slightly open with curtains on and lights off without mosquitos swarming into our room and having us awake late in the night. The fridge door handle has a very odd placement which somewhat makes opening the fridge harder." ~Filip
