"Pros: The location is convenient, and the parking spot is a great bonus. The flat is smaller than it appears in the pictures, but it includes some smart design choices that help optimize the space. Cons: There are a few aspects that could be improved to enhance the guest experience: 1. TV cables – It would be better if the TV cables were hidden in a cupboard or properly secured, as they currently hang loosely. This isn’t ideal, especially for guests with children. 2. Bedroom lighting – A bedside table with a night lamp was missing, which would have added both comfort and practicality. 3. Kitchen essentials – We didn’t find any napkins or a kitchen paper roll, which are typically expected in a short-term rental. 4. Check-out time – The 10:00 AM check-out felt quite rushed, especially considering we arrived at 9:00 PM. For a 30 m² flat, a four-hour cleaning window seems excessive. In our experience staying in around 20 different accommodations each year, we’ve rarely encountered such an early check-out. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice this detail before booking—had I seen it, I might have reconsidered." ~Georgi
