"Pros: Great Location close to the Metro and coffee shops and restaurants. Clean and comfortable beds and freshly laundered towels. Hostel prices but with the convenience of a private bathroom Cons: Cosmetically there was a lot wrong (most of the flaws probably caused by inconsiderate guests.) However, for the price, I don't know how anyone could complain. That part of Sofia can get very noisy during the night. However, Hotello has excellent double glazing which keeps unwelcome noise out. If you get a room on the 3rd floor, you will have 60 large steps to climb but I'm almost 80 and I managed fine. Good exercise!" ~Lynda
