"Pros: The location is great - close to subway and train, close to the farmer's market (every Saturday), close to any banitsa location - one on the corner and one at the "Jurnalist plaza", also there is a great restaurant with Bulgarian food " Kvartalna pekarna", there is a grocery store right on the main street and another 24h store at the plaza, and a bar on the other side of the street . We also enjoy the AC in each room. The kitchen has everything you need including the dishwasher. No microwave (for American visitors :)). We never use coffee machine but there are a few great coffee shops around, so need of making coffee at home. There is a washing machine in the apartment as well. Another thing which we like about the apartment is two bathrooms, great addition especially if you are spoiled like us to have more than one bathroom. The communication with the owner was easy and instructions how to get the keys was piece of cake. There is a secure door at the entrance to the building and secure door to the apartment itself.
Cons: The towels could be changed to new once, they are very old and had some smell although they were washed. Also, the two water bottles in the laundry room with some jelly stuff in it should be labeled. We didn't know what it was and had to go to 24h store upon our arrival after all day flying to Sofia to buy some detergent for the laundry." ~Marta
