"Pros: The room was very clean, which I appreciated. Also, it was great that I could check in late at night without any issues. Cons: Unfortunately, there were several things that really need improvement. I had requested a lower bunk bed but was assigned an upper one. Check-in took a very long time – I waited about 20 minutes before I could get my key. The toilets on the ground floor didn’t work, so I had to go upstairs every time. The showers were quite dirty, and although the kitchen was okay, the washing area was out of order. On top of that, the staff wasn’t particularly friendly – no greeting, no offer to help. Overall, too many things were broken or not maintained. In my opinion, there’s a basic standard that should be met, and unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. I won’t be coming back." ~Lakisha
