"Pros: The location is super central and very close to transportation, shops, restaurants, and bars. Vitoshka is literally 5 minutes walk away, and so is NDK. You can reach NDK and Opulchenska metro station within fee minutes walk. We actually managed to hear Ed Sheerans concert from the street, which was an added plus. The apartment itself is nicely decorated and has everything you may need for long or short stay. It is very spacious. Alex, our host was extremely informative and helpful. Thank you for being so kind and allowing my mother to stay a couple of extra hours while waiting for her flight. We highly appreciate it. I recommend this apartment. "Pros: Ludmil is the most wonderful host. He was always easy to communicate with, met me on arrival, and shared helpful and informative stories over breakfast. Breakfast was traditional with such delicious Bulgarian yoghurt, juice and coffee. This is set up as a true bed & breakfast. I had complete privacy in my room, with air conditioning and private shower/toilet. There are only three guest rooms and the opportunity to meet other guests at breakfast if you wish. The rooms are basic and have everything you need. The art on the wall is a lovely simple style. The area is easy to walk to the centre and safe to return to even as a single woman late at night." ~Therese
