"Pros: Excellent location. Very clean and modern. A lovely little place to use as your Sofia base. Cons: Gaining entry was a bit of a challenge, but we got there. We arrived after midnight so it wasn’t appropriate to contact the host. Not complaining, but suggesting that the instructions could be a bit clearer/updated to enhance the check-in process for future guests. For example, the doughnut shop landmark no longer seems to be there. I would point to the fact that the lockboxes are tucked away at the bottom right corner of the doorframe. When arriving at floor 6 I would highlight that the door to the vestibule is the one on the left as you exit the lift." ~Jacqui
