"Pros: The location was great- close access to public transit and Serdika Mall. The host was responsive and pleasant to communicate with. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything I needed.
Cons: It said there was air conditioning but there wasn't. I contacted the host about it and they said they would fix that in the description. There wasn't much ventilation in the apartment since all the windows are on one side. There was a fan, but it was still stuffy in the apartment."

"Pros: We loved this 2 bedroom place and appreciated the kitchen and functional bathroom. The location suited our needs and we enjoyed walking to and from the city center and also using the tram and bus occasionally. The host was very responsive to over messaging and quick to remedy any issues during our stay. We very much appreciate the well-appointed apartment- the heater and air conditioning both work well too!
