"Pros: Very spacious and all of Sofia sights within a 1 km radius. Two large bathrooms and great open kitchen/living room. REALLY felt like good value for money but there are a few caveats that comes with this... Cons: Windows have NOT been cleaned for a long time. Very cloudy and made the entire apartment seem gloomy and grubby even though the opposite. Outside windows is a small ledge all around the apartment with a LOT of cigarette stubs and general waste. Should really clean that up. Several wall plugs were falling out and not safe to use due to the potential electrical hazard. 1/3 of all roll down shutters, there are many, did not function/broken pull strings. Ants i kitchen comming up between floor boards. Stained furniture and bedding was worn out. Beddings were fresh and clean but should be retired as they had holes and marks. Bathroom wash cabinet has broken glass front. Shower glass divider has missing rubber seals and leaked into the dry side of bathroom. Great location but quite a few shady/homeless/addicts hanging out and sleeping right in front of apartment. Had no issues with any of them but just made the first couple of days feel insecure and double locked everything. Got used to them and were probably harmless. Maybe can't be avoided. But worth mentioning as we are not used to this back home." ~Quistgaard
