"Pros: Before our stay, we had an issue with Booking.com, and the host was very attentive and helpful. She also checked if we needed anything during both check-in and check-out. She was truly caring. The design of the house was very modern, and it had many amenities that you might need. The room temperature was perfect, and the location was close to many places. The cleanliness of the room, the sufficient amenities, the hotel's location, and the host's attentiveness were the aspects that made us happy. Cons: The bathroom did not have a bidet, and there was no shower cabin, which made things difficult for us in the bathroom. When we turned on the shower, the entire bathroom got wet. We believe the host could make improvements in this regard. The duvet and pillows in the bedroom might have been comfortable. The pillows were too firm." ~Hulya

"Pros: Great value for money. Comfortable beds Great check in from owners/hosts with complimentary wine and jams. Thank you Plenty of kit in the kitchen such as microwave, hob, toaster as well as cooking utensils. Cons: Not much storage. Ok for 4 people but 5 is a real push. Very noisy with neighbours, not the owners fault but still made it difficult to sleep. Limited hot water for 5 people to shower. Could do with a bath after a hard day on the slopes." ~Edward
