"Pros: Location was nice & quiet. Photo’s gave the impression it was small and a little bit tired, however that was not the case at all, it was modern, spacious & well equipped. It was snowing and the air conditioning soon warmed up the apartment. Our first experience of using air conditioning to warm up.
Time and money has been invested in this apartment & we cannot recommend it enough if you are staying in Smolyan and it is excellent value for money
Cons: It is not easy to find the apartment block, more photographic detail is needed for the pre-arrival instructions. Parking is on the street."

"Pros: Apartment is in a great location, right in the middle of the city next to restaurants. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and cozy. The kitchenette has everything needed for short or long term stay. Communication with the host was effortless and very timely. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting the city of Smolyan!

"Pros: Clean, spatious, free parking available anytime on the street, close to the location. Easy to access restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies.
Good coffee (special device), TV sets in every room, functional kitchen for people willing to cook.
Easy to go to Pamporovo by car. Not crowded.
The host gives detailed information on everything you need.
I would come back when re-visiting the region.
