"Pros: Our room was big, cosy and with a lot of light. The spa pool is really nice. We were allowed to stay at the spa even after checkout (we had a very late checkin). The location is really close to the Rilla lakes lift. Cons: Our children room was a bit gloomy and dark. The spa worker was rude to our children and didn't let them fill cold water from the machine. Most of the staff we met don't really speak English and come out rude. The food in the breakfast was low quality and taste." ~Serge
