"Pros: The COTA1110 hotel and staff exceed my expectations every time. I keep returning for a short weekend, and the team always goes out of their way to make our needs met. This time I was renting one of their electric bikes, they kept it ready for me, and even took care of our own one which we were bringing with us. My friend was supposed to go on a long 4-hour run on our last day, and they were attentive enough to let him have breakfast way before it opens officially, so he can go on his run, and then suggested we stay a little after checkout so he can have some rest. The hotel and rooms are lovely on their own, but I would give them 11/10 - for the attitude and attention to detail!" ~Dima
