"Pros: Spacious, clean and very well organized. The apartment met all our needs, everything what we needed was there. The rooms were spacious with high ceilings, the kitchen had all the needed cutlery. We had plenty of towels and extra pillows, the bed in the main bedroom was big and comfortable. You have the feeling you are a guest in someone’s home, the walls were covered in paintings from local artists. Even though we stayed during the proms the apartment was relatively quiet, the windows are overlooking the Main Street, but the city center is closed for cars so the only thing you can occasionally hear is just some people passing by. The windows are double and when you close them it’s really hard to hear anything. There’s a cute little fireplace in the living room area that enriches the aristocratic spirit of the place. There’s also a very tiny balcony on the back, which is good if you’re smoking and you don’t want to go out on the street every time you lit up a cigarette. We will definitely stay here again. The host was also extremely friendly and very helpful, we were very happy during our 7 day stay.
Cons: The toilet and the bathroom were tiny, but it was not a problem for us, considering it’s an old historic house. The wooden floors in the living room and bedrooms were also squeaky when you walk but it didn’t bother us as they were well polished and maintained. Unfortunately it’s not friendly for disabled people as there’s a staircase to climb and no lift." ~Mariela
