"Pros: The resort is very nice with great facilities. The appartment was good and well heated. There was a hot outside pool right otside the appartment which was convinient. The hosts complimented us at arrival and this left a pleasant impression. Cons: I would recommend making the offer here a little bit more clear and state directly in the text that the customer is hiring just an appartment with no other benefits that are typical for the hotel part (spa, cleaning service, etc). The couch was not comfortable for sleep and very difficult to transform into a bed. Also the appartment is not big enough and lacking places to leave your baggage and when you transform the couch, you should literary step over furniture and suitcases to move around. Otherwise it was comfortable and well-equipped." ~Мария
