"Pros: The location is perfect - just 3 minutes away from the beach! We were impressed by the cleanliness of the apartment and how well equipped it was. The kitchen has everything you need - pans, bowls, cutting boards, utensils etc. You have cleaning supplies, a washing machine, a hair dryer, an iron and there is even one of those robot vacuum cleaners that you can just put on during the day and come back to clean floors. The pool and pool area were also clean and overall this place seems very well kept. We talked for a bit with Sergei - the owner, right before our departure and we send him greetings! He is a very cool and positive guy, who can speak multiple languages. Cons: I think the lady at the reception should be a little bit more friendly (at least to Bulgarians). It seemed like all the foreigners were treated with a smile and I personally felt a little bit discriminated against... in my own country. The rules she was so eager to tell us about seemed ridiculous to me and immediately ruined my vacation mood, I almost felt like I am going to a summer school camp. Some of the ridiculous rules were "do not move the sunbeds" or "do not drink from a glass around the pool" or "do not smoke around the pool, you must go to the designated area". People still smoked around the pool though. She explained why those rules are put in place and I respect that, but standing there for 10 minutes while she reads a hand-written list of rules you must follow was just too much for me, especially after a 4 hour drive. I did not like that there is no freezer, which to me is absolutely crucial during the summer. Unfortunately the AC was not working, which was not a big deal due to our short stay, but it would've been a huge deal if we stayed there for a week. The TV was working, but there were no TV channels. I managed to connect it to my phone and play something, but it would be nice to have some TV channels. I would also appreciate if the WiFi password is made known upon arrival or written somewhere on a note in the apartment. The last thing I did not like is the earlier than usual checkout at 11am." ~Kristina

"Pros: The location was easy to find and at a good spot however the road was in bad condition with some holes that make it harder for lower vehichles. Cons: Nothing bad in particular stands out in this experience." ~Georgi
