"Pros: On-site Bistro. The apartment was acceptable. Cons: Despite emailing notification of arrival time, there was no one to issue keys on arrival in the early hours. Forced to find alternative accommodation until reception opened later that day. Not enough kitchen appliances, no microwave or toaster. Only kettle and one electric ring to cook on. Fridge not working efficiently, and only 3 pillows for a double bed." ~Annette
