"Pros: - Top location, if you are looking to enjoy food/restaurants in Kapana.
- The garage is super useful, because parking in the streets in Kapana is practically not allowed. Road signs are missing, but parking is not allowed. The garage was OK for a SUV.
- The building itself is new and heating/cooling is with aircos."

"Pros: Positives are a very good location walking distance to old town and in the creative district that has the best bars and restaurants. Large apartment nicely decorated with air conditioning (which is critical in summer). You also get a discount to the bar owned by the apartment owners, and their craft beer is excellent. Other reviews have talked about noise from other apartments on the floor but I only heard one person entering their room one night - perhaps our fellow guests were considerate neighbours. I would definitely recommend staying here but please consider a few things below.
Cons: The biggest problem was that we specifically asked at the time of booking for confirmation we could pay by credit card - but when we arrived to check-in, the EFTPOS machine wasn't working. I asked if there was another way of paying with our card, none was given. I also asked if we could pay the next day when the machine was fixed but I was told the key wouldn't be handed over until payment was made. So we had no choice but to go and get cash out (which is very expensive for us as non-residents to do so, which is why I had made a booking where we could pay with our card). Also there are narrow steep stairs - no lift - to the apartment ... so if you are travelling with heavy suitcases like us, it is a struggle. Finally the balcony isn't really usable - it is quite exposed (no shade) and looks over a big rubbish skip on the street, so we didn't want to sit there and relax outside with a drink or coffee. I guess if you were a smoker (we aren't) then it could be handy."
