Dolce Gusto coffee maker (and very thoughtful to include enough capsules for our stay!). Small, pleasant balcony. Fun record collection. Communication was excellent. Cons: It wasn't a problem for us, but the four flights of stairs might be challenging for someone with bad knees." ~Carolyn

"Pros: We had a great stay at Kapana Guest House in the center of Plovdiv. The self check-in via WhatsApp was perfectly organized (even though we arrived a lot later than expected). A big thank you to Rosi for her helpful communication (and our questions) throughout. Our apartment impressed us with its spacious layout and unbeatable location right in the heart of the Kapana district. It’s perfect for discovering everything by foot. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras like coffee taps and tea in the apartment, as well as the cute shared kitchen just outside the rooms, featuring a coffee machine (and other kitchen appliances). Parking was available and the instructions provided via WhatsApp were clear and detailed. The car park is a little tucked away, but only about a 6-minute walk from the guest house and reachable with the directions provided. All in all, a welcoming place in one of Plovdiv’s most vibrant neighborhoods !" ~Caroline

"Pros: Love the fact that is situated right at the Kapana! Of course, everyone who books the place must be aware it is not a quiet area, however, close to everything-all shops and businesses. Staff is very friendly and hard working, if they dont answer the call, they call you back very soon afterwards, rooms are clean. There is a big mirror in the hallway, a fridge, a washer and a dryer. This was my second stay at the property. This time there was available room with a bathroom. I often travel to Plovdiv for work with my pets, Hancho Kapana is a great place to stay comfortably with them. Cons: What is Not to like when right downtown, close to everything!?" ~Camellia007
