Dolce Gusto coffee maker (and very thoughtful to include enough capsules for our stay!). Small, pleasant balcony. Fun record collection. Communication was excellent. "Pros: Love the fact that is situated right at the Kapana! Of course, everyone who books the place must be aware it is not a quiet area, however, close to everything-all shops and businesses. Staff is very friendly and hard working, if they dont answer the call, they call you back very soon afterwards, rooms are clean. There is a big mirror in the hallway, a fridge, a washer and a dryer. This was my second stay at the property. This time there was available room with a bathroom. I often travel to Plovdiv for work with my pets, Hancho Kapana is a great place to stay comfortably with them. Cons: What is Not to like when right downtown, close to everything!?" ~Camellia007
