"Pros: My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at The FlyingTheatre Suites for two nights while in town for a concert. The location was absolutely ideal for our needs. It is close to many landmarks, museums, the Old Town, and most importantly, it was within walking distance of the concert venue. The surrounding area bustles with shops to explore and dozens of fantastic restaurants. The apartment itself was cozy, and we found it to be well-equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the hosts was easy; they provided clear check-in instructions. Overall, this apartment was the perfect base for our concert trip. It offered comfort, convenience, and a welcoming atmosphere. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Plovdiv for a short stay, especially if attending an event! Cons: While my overall experience was very positive, there were a few minor points I was initially reluctant to share, considering them nit-picky. However, I've decided to include them as they might be helpful for other visitors. We did kill one cockroach. Given its central location, it can get quite noisy at night. The coffee machine and kettle were not as clean as we would have liked; the coffee machine's water reservoir had white mineral buildup, and the kettle had white flakes at the bottom. An opened bag of ice was left in the freezer, which ideally should have been removed." ~Anonymous

"Pros: Big, spacious room with plenty of natural light, just above the hotel restaurant. Although it's a pet-friendly place (and there were plenty of dogs in other apartments during our stay), the room was spotlessly clean and we weren't bothered by the other dogs. We also traveled with our dog, and she felt comfortable in the room. We had plans and reservations for other restaurants, but we did dine at the hotel restaurant once, and the food was fantastic. Being right in the heart of the Kapana district, there are plenty of other restaurants around. Oh yes, the location is also perfect! When we return to Plovdiv with our dog, we won't be looking for another place to stay. Highly recommended! Cons: The bathroom was claustrophobic and lacked proper ventilation. It's how it is in these old houses, but worth pointing out. Also, the place (not the room itself, but the hotel as a whole) looked like it was still being renovated, with lack of stairwell railings being my biggest concern. Finally, some of the electric appliances were either not properly connected to power outlets, or a bit cryptic in terms of getting them to work." ~Petar
