"Pros: If you're on a budget but still want a really nice place for yourself right next to the center of Plovdiv, then the INSTA house might be exactly what you're looking for. First things first - the host is super friendly and helpful. The place itself is renovated and has everything you need for a comfy stay, including AC in both the bedroom and the kitchen - something you'll appreciate in Plovdiv's very warm summer nights. The bed was comfy and the cozy corner on the balcony for laying down and chilling is where we spent most of our time in the apartment. One thing to mention is that this still is an old apartment, so nothing fancy, but as long as you have your expectations set right, you shouldn't be disappointed. The hosts have definitely put a LOT of love and effort into sprucing the place up. Cons: Everything was great, you just shouldn't expect 5-star hotel luxury or the brand new line of fancy furniture. For the price, we don't have anything to complain about." ~Emil

"Pros: Everything nice and clean, good location, large terrace for relaxation, quiet and peaceful! Hassle-free accommodation. Cons: There is nothing I didn't like. I would visit it again. A peaceful stay full of good moments, quick access to food stores, banks and administrative offices. The only thing that bothered me was that the sofa in the living room, once it's stretched out, can't be easily folded back, you have to push hard, everything else was okay." ~Radostin

"Pros: Location is perfect for a stay in Plovdiv, with all the key places within easy walking distance. Cafes, restaurants, shops, parks, buses and…. culture and history….all within metres. The apartment is amazing…..the design so well thought out and tastefully furnished. It’s light and airy even though on the first floor in a city centre and, being low down, access is easy (only a couple of steps). With one bedroom with a double and the second with 2 large single beds, it will suit different combinations of guests. The mattresses are really comfortable. There’s all the equipment you could need, plus extras you might not have thought you needed. All the furnishings are really good quality and spotlessly clean, as is the whole apartment. No, there isn’t free on-site parking, but this is city centre and I’m sure the host, who was really quick to reply and helpful with my questions, can advise on the best place to get paid parking close by. Finally …price. What a change to find a place that isn’t being greedy and loading the price because of location. It’s really good value for money and I wish them success……I'll be booking SP Urban Apartment for any of our friends and relatives who visit in the future. Cons: Disposable 'hotel slippers' would be a great touch as tiled floors are cool if you haven't remembered to pack socks or 'slides'" ~Ron
