"Pros: The location is excellent - everything is within walking distance and easy to access. The price-to-quality ratio is fairly decent. Not great, not terrible. The beds were extremely comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep. It’s a good option for a short stay. Cons: The view from the room wasn’t anything special - just some leftover hotel ads and few surrounding residential buildings. But we didn't have high expectations anyway :D There’s a city tax of BGN0.60 per person and they do have a POS terminal, but the staff didn’t seem too happy when we tried to pay that small amount by card, so it’s best to bring some cash. Reminder: double check your door knobs because although the door appears to be locked, it is not and could still be opened. The staff helped and gave us a key when we contacted them, but it’s definitely something to watch out for." ~Миглена
