"Pros: Extremely clean. Beds & pillows are very comfortable. It's a good accomodation for short term. Lift available, since the building has several floors. Very good location, about 20 minutes walk to the Old Town of Nessebar. Cons: Many times nobody in the reception. Nobody speaks any other language, except Bulgarian, although they say they do. It's very difficult to talk to anyone, absolutely anyone there, regarding anything: check in, check out, parking.... anything at all. Shower is possible only with water from the boiler, but it doesn't seem very safe, a few leakings here and there. Very limited parking spaces. If you're lucky, you find availability for your car/s." ~Emilia
