"Pros: Perfect view, large apartment, 1st floor and perfect location - you have all the best restaurants in 10 walk. In our case these were Andreev and Jumbo. The parking is right under the balcony and it's free, consider this as a plus with a random chance of having 0 places (never happened in our case during 5 days stay). Main bed is good and large, enough for 2 persons. Nice coffee in the restaurant and a good swimming pool with a safeguard Cons: You should take the risk of random neighbours, I had to get up at night a few times to calm them down. Host is absolutely passive about this layer of issues Another and maybe the only significant issue : absence of washing machine. Spare bed creaks. Last point / advice: the nearest beach is not the best, consider walking till beaches near the south park. You will not regret" ~Oleg

"Pros: Nice clean apartment close to Old Nessebar Cons: There was no kitchen. The parking was behind the building and if the underground parking was closed you had to go around the building. This was not convenient at all since we were with small child." ~Dragos
