"Pros: The hotel manager who checked us in was extremely helpful and professional! After almost calling Booking.Com to complaint that the hotel we booked was closed and nobody could be reached on the phone after 2 hours waiting, we found someone that guided us to the main lobby and we were really welcomed and positively impressed by the staff! The quality of the food was amazing, keep it on like this please ! We will be back! The staff how was serving us for dinner and breakfast were very customer orientated, funny and pleasant! Cons: The bathroom was a bit wired, huge Buth tub with little space to move around, small sink, but very clean. I will completely remove all these Buth tubs and install simply showers, where you will have more space in the bathroom, having in mind that no one uses a Buth tub in a hotel and it is more hygienical !" ~Daniela
