"Pros: comfortable beds and couch, spacious, clean "enough", very nice large tvs, nice view, great location. best price we could find for saunas in hisarya. ok price after booking.com discount, would have been disappointed if we paid full price but this seems to be the norm in tourist towns versus bigger cities in Bulgaria. if you want to use the saunas you need to turn them on yourself 40m-1h ahead of time. host was responsive and patient about our last minute late check in.
Cons: it's true there is a sewage smell from the bathroom drain, but it wasn't extreme and the drain cover helped. the sauna and steam room were clean, but the hot tub and spa room itself need deep cleaning. daytime parking at the building can become pricey, we just found a nearby street to park for free. never saw staff anywhere but the host responds to booking.com messages."
