"Pros: The host was friendly and the room was nice and clean. There was free coffee, kettle worked fine, air conditioner made the room warm. There was a place to park right at the entrance. And there is also car wash nearby (used for my bike). Good shops very close.
Cons: The hot water is dangerously hot. WiFi signal is weak. And there was no tea."
