Cons: Breakfast was basic for Bulgaria. It definitely needed more coffee at the very least; guests shouldn't be asked to pay for a second cup. The menu needs to be on the table for guests rather than listening to the waiter list the options. We tried to use the hotel restaurant for an evening meal but the smaller part was unstaffed; the larger part had two smoking/chatting service staff who let us in; we waited on tables outside but eventually no service, or communication, pushed us to find a great restaurant in the city."
