The hotel is perched high on the rocky southern shores of a bay in Obzor. The complex is surrounded by pristine natural greenery and towers above the nearby Irakli beach. The hotel is roughly equidistant from the two main airports (Burgas Airport is about 70 km away and Varna Airport is some 60 km away), the regions cities of Varna and Burgas are only a 40-minute drive away, and the town of Obzor is accessible via the main road or from the beach with only a 15-minute walk to the centre of this quaint Bulgarian town, with many small shops and restaurants.The air-conditioned beach hotel harmoniously combines Mediterranean architecture and Arabian mystique. The complex consists of four main buildings arranged around cascading pools and gardens, and offers 140 rooms. Renovated in 2011, the property is entirely oriented to face the sea so that the first rays of sunrise touch every building in the complex. Spaciousness and panoramic vistas were the main inspirations for the creators of the resort and this is reflected in every room and each small detail. Luxury and unique exoticism are found everywhere, from the facade to the interior in every room. Guests are welcomed in the lobby, which offers a 24-hour reception and a 24-hour check-out service, as well as currency exchange facilities and lift access to the upper floors. Younger guests can enjoy the childrens playground and the kids club. Guests can enjoy a drink at the cafe and bar, and business travellers can make use of the conference facilities. Wireless Internet access is available and, for a fee, guests can make use of the room and laundry services. There is a car park and a garage for those arriving by car and bicycle hire is available.
