"Pros: I've stayed here before so have a look at my other review last year for comparison but in my opinion, the hotel has upped its game slightly and provided a better level of comfort than before e.g the duvet covers weren't fraying and there were no workmen drilling away first thing in the morning. I think the workmen from last year were installing new bathrooms or finishing off an upper floor - see pics. The room was lovely and warm with fab views of the snow capped mountains in the distance. Two little supermarkets, (both very clean) within two minutes walk. Early morning coffee can be obtained from one of the two machines outside the supermarket - which is not ideal if it's raining or freezing cold. Cons: No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, no tea or coffee offered in the room below (it appeared to be used to conduct business meetings) and no drinks (alcoholic or otherwise) offered at the bar. Not sure if the swimming pool or spa is open yet as there were no prices on display, so check before you travel if that's your reason for staying here." ~Mark
