"Pros: The staff is very nice, kind and friendly! The beds, sheets, pillows and duvet were very comfortable. It's nice there's also a mehana in the hotel - this made our evenings less stressful for dinner time - no need to look for other restaurants an drive around. Cons: I would have hoped to be warmer in the room. All day on the icy slopes makes you crave some warmth. Also a warmer room helps for the wet clothes to properly dry for the next day. There were some additional small air heaters, but still it would be better for the whole hotel to be a bit warmer." ~Milena

"Pros: It was overall good, but it needs better maintenance. The sheets were clean, but the rooms looked very worn down. I think better beds would be a plus. Bathroom was not really okay. We wanted to use the bathtub, but it was dirty- there were hairs in it...so we didn't have the chance to enjoy it and no cleaning products were left for us to try and clean it. Walls and wooden details need to be freshened. The view was good and they had a barbecue, which was a big bonus." ~Iva
